Bancroft Just Wine and Beer has been in operation for more than eight years and has all the necessary expertise and equipment to meet your needs for wine making and brewing of beers. We also have support  from our suppliers and their expertise and knowledge is at our finger tips.   This results in a guaranteed product policy and quality  products.

We carry a complete product line of supplies, from companies such as, Magnotto, R.J. Spagnols, Heron Bay Wines, Wine Expert, Vineco, Cellar Craft, ABC Cork and Must Source.  Our store is conveniently located in the Bird's Creek Plaza just north of Bancroft.

Typically, the process of making wine or beer  consists of the following steps:

• -  the customer selects a wine or beer kit from our complete selection of suppliers;
  -  the customer mixes all ingredients from the wine kit to start the process;
  -  our staff   process the batch of wine or beer to the point where it is ready for bottling;
  -  the customer bottles the product with assistance from staff;
  -  the wine or beer is transported home for further storage and consumption.

This production process takes about four to eight weeks for wine and  four weeks for beer.  After transporting the bottled product home, wine is best if stored in a cool dark place for a few weeks before consumption.  Beer can be kept in a cool place and consumed immediately!   We also have wine and beer kits and for making everything at home, if you want to be more involved in the process.
